AboutJamie Walsh &Anchor Coaching

Hi! I’m Jamie.

I’m a husband, father, and fellow ADHDer.

I understand the challenges of ADHD, growing up and now as a parent. I was diagnosed later than most, after I entered adulthood.

For so much of my life, I struggled with impulsivity, paying attention, procrastination, and following through. It impacted how I did in school, professionally, and my family life. Like so many others, I asked myself, “What is wrong with me?”

Nothing.

A really big misconception is that ADHD has to do with one’s intelligence. In reality, ADHD is just a symptom of our brain’s wiring. I learned this from an ADHD coach. And so I continued to search for more answers.

What else did I learn? ADHDers tend to be people who are:

  • Creative
  • Compassionate
  • Patient
  • Resilient

Having an ADHD Coach changed my life. It helped me learn what my strengths are as they relate to my ADHD - AND allowed me to better appreciate the way I’m made,  and live my life empowered.

That’s what I want for you.
