Life is hard enough. There are plenty of other things that can get in our way and hold us back.

Many people find themselves more distractible when stressed or anxious, or they procrastinate and then tell themselves “I just need to try harder.” A good way to mitigate the distractibility, procrastination, or other ADHD symptoms is to first address the stress and anxiety, try different, or employ a strategy that addresses the exacerbating issue.

Oftentimes, we are our own worst enemies, allowing the embarrassment of impulsivity, forgetfulness, or simply feeling “not put together” cause us to shy from the very help we need.

I am right there with you! The particular way we experience ADHD is going to be unique, and although there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, certain principles apply, and individualized coaching can be the key you need to overcome your challenges.

Weekly 45-minute coaching sessions in which you and I discuss your goals and strategies, what’s going well and what can be improved, and what you might do incrementally progress you toward those goals.
